Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping Policies

  • We use good courier agencies to ship your purchased products to ensure your order reaches you at the fastest time. And in good condition.
  • We package your purchased products using industry standard packaging materials. And no compromises are made in that regard.
  • Sometimes we may send you two different parcels for the same order containing the purchased products because of product characteristics, availability, or other unforeseeable reason.
  • If you find the packaging is damaged, torn out, tampered with, or your product is not in good condition, you can refuse the delivery. And immediately call customer care support at 8962410868 or email to mentioning your order number. We will make sure that you get your replacement delivery at the earliest.
  • We use third-party courier services, and sometimes we may not have real-time tracking data. But still, we will make sure you can track the order status using our website.
  • Your order comes with an invoice mentioning the price and other tax detail - as per Indian Tax Regulations.

Shipping Partners

  • We use Speed Post, BlueDart, DTDC, or other reputed courier service to ship your products. And the partner depends on the availability of the slot. 
  • We may cancel your order and notify you, if you live in a remote location and our delivery partners do not offer services to your location.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time

  • If you order the sublimation blanks, we make our best efforts to ship your order within the same day. Otherwise, it may get shipped the next day.
  • If you order a customized sublimation product, we take 3-5 days to ship your order. Because, we need to set up our printing services to get you desired customized product.
  • We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday) – excluding public holidays. If you place your order on Sunday, we ship the order as per the above rules.
  • It takes 2-5 days (according to the courier services chart) to reach your order at your doorstep in India. And we can promise of our delivery may take similar time. But, it is totally beyond our control. Each courier service has a different arrangement, method, and transit mechanism. And therefore, we may not predict the exact delivery time.
  • Please allow sufficient time for the delivery if you plan to gift a customized sublimation product. Don’t order at the last minute.


We do not manufacture any sublimation products. And therefore, we don’t guarantee/warranty any sublimation product.

But we have a good quality assurance process for receiving good sublimation products from the suppliers. And therefore, we can promise you that you won’t receive any damaged product from our side.

Yet, you can initiate the refund or replacement process. And you agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns.

Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, dropped, tampered with, modified, or altered in any way.

100% Refund/Replacement:

  • You can initiate the refund/replacement request within 3 days of final delivery confirmation.
  • If you order a sublimation blank product, and you find it damaged (we ensure you won’t get damaged product, yet it may get damaged during transit), you can initiate the refund/replacement product. And we will help you get a 100% refund or replacement.
  • If you order a printed/customized sublimation product, and you find it damaged (we ensure you won’t get damaged product, yet it may get damaged during transit), you can initiate the replacement product. And we will help you get a product replacement. No refund is possible for the customized sublimation product.
  • If the product is not damaged and yet, you want it to get replaced or refunded, then our company has all the right to reject your request. We take special care before closing your request, and we will inform you before deciding anything.
  • We ensure the refund should credit to your account within 5-7 days. We will keep you updated on its status.

Order cancellation or changes: 

We believe you do not place any order out of testing. You decide before making a final payment.

And yet you can initiate the order change or cancellation request by the following governing rules;

  • You can send an order cancellation/change request by visiting our website, calling at customer care number (8962410868), or emailing mentioning the correct order number.
  • You need to make this request before we start shipping your order. Otherwise, we have all the right to reject your order cancellation/change request.
  • You can not initiate a cancellation request for customized/printed sublimation products. 
  • Greencode Business Software Private Limited reserves the right to make a final decision on all refund/cancellation/change requests.

Limits Of Responsibility:

We accept no responsibility for improper use of sublimation products. They are delicate, and misuse can break, damage, or alter the sublimation products.
